The strong point and distinctive characteristic of Nuovo Rustichello, compared to other restaurants, are the gastronomic specialties.
The cuisine – Brescia style and national – has been revisited by Chef Italo. Thanks to a thirty years experience gained in Italian Grand Hotels, he prepares some really delicious dishes that are much appreciated by customers. We can define Nuovo Rustichello as a unique place for everyone. The house specialties are: RISOTTI, MEATS and DESSERTS.
Among the first courses there are the famous Risotto offered in many variations: Saffron and liquorice, Pumpkin and pistachio cream, Strawberry and nettle, Mushrooms and local cheese, Green apple and cinnamon, Trevisano salad, Smoked scamorza cheese and black truffle. As an alternative you can choose Pasta: with hare salmì, with Porcini mushrooms and Bagoss cheese, our very soft gratin goodies and finally Casoncelli fresh pasta stuffed with pumpkin.
Among the main courses it is worth mentioning some specialties: the beef steweed with the red wines of Franciacorta, the lamb chops, the grilled banderillas, the stew and Spiedo Brescia style in winter season.
Among the desserts it is worth to taste the Gianduja mousse, the homemade Apple strudel and the Chocolate soufflé.
